Not only is this hotel very affordable it’s very conveniently located. I enjoy my stay here due to the very friendly staff and having beer and snack available 24 hours a day. I want to thank Andres for showing me amazing hospitality and being very professional. Thank you amigo!

The good: this hotel is very new, clean, and not over crowded, and there is a small across the street. The Bad: you eat breakfast next door at the ibis, there is no closet storage in the room or place to put clothes, and every day you need to fold up your luggage because there is no room for it to stay open.

Good place, clean, good breakfast. I have chosen Ibis when the brand is available all over Brazil. All service is fine. Location of Ibis SBC is excellent for business travellers. Next time I will choose Ibis again.

The hotel is located in a central location. There is a nice shopping mall with restaurants literally across the street from the hotel. The service is prompt and pleasant. Rooms are bit small but clean. There is a small restaurant within the hotel which serves breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet can be improved but it is decent given the overall price of the property. All in all, a good place to stay on budget

I was no television and even claiming the problem was not resolved. I was next to the elevator and the bell of it, when calling the elevator and upon opening the door is very loud. Contact reception is only made by whatsapp, it takes time to respond.
