Viagem em grupo de uma empresa. Ao todo foram reservados 16 quartos para apenas 1 pernoite. Time de staffs atenciosos e solicitos. Em especial gostaria de parabenizar a Juliana Santos e a Nathália Maximiano pelo apoio. Nossos clientes fizeram elogios.

Door keys do not work. Staff couldn’t care less.

Dreadful stay. The key to the room never worked. On at least 6 occasions I went up to my room on the 9th floor to find the key had failed again. Each time the reception staff just smile and give you another key, which more often that not didn’t work either. The lifts are so slow each time wastes about 20 minutes. Awful experience - can’t wait to leave.

Good service, professionals very friendly and respectful. Great location. Restaurant serves good food and the rooms are clean and basic but offers you everything you need. In general my stay was very pleasured.

I expected more from this hotel. It’s Ok, but it lacks some essentials. Pros: - Friendly staff - excellent location, across the street from a mall and close to everything - Clean room and modern decor - Comfortable bed Cons: - Shower takes around 10 minutes to heat up - Closet is very close to the fridge and there’s no space to hang anything, otherwise you can’t open the fridge - Desk is difficult to use, the lamp on top of the desk is long, almost touched the laptop, and there’s no space to move the desk around - Bathroom doesn’t have a soap bar holder - They don’t provide face or hand towel - There’s no iron in the room. They had an ironing room with a prehistoric iron - Breakfast is Ok, but didn’t look fresh - No Cable TV or Netflix My stay wasn’t necessarily bad, but I wouldn’t stay again.

The Ibis hotel in San Bernardo provides better than other Ibis hotels what the Hotal chains generally offers: - A clean room to sleep. It is small but effective - A nice lobby and bar with friendly staff - Good internet access throughout the whole hotel - Good location great for business travel in this area It does well in what the it sets out to offer without being great at anything but good in most things. It would be great that it had a few more amenities but you get what you pay for. My only complaint was that this week we had a few cold nights and the rooms have A/C but no heating. Enjoy the beatiful San Bernardo!
