The hotel is good and was stay excellent the staff member had been very keen and co-operative in case needed any help. Also they had arranged a cap for us whenever we needed and the food was good quality . Also the housekeeper was helpful and co-operative. Chiranjit and Pinky were very co-operative and had also make us feel like home by cleaning the room and making it good feel like home.

The rooms were always impeccably clean, well-organized, and refreshed with great attention to detail. All the Housekeeping staff are very polite, and attentive and keeping the room clean as expected.l, especially Mr. Manjarul who visits regularly to keep a track of everything intact or not. Really nice experience and a comfortable stay. One of the best hotel in Newtown for sure

आपकी होटल की सर्वीस बहुत अच्छी है । सुमन जी एवं आयन जी का कस्ट्मर के प्रति सहयोग बहुत अच्छा है में पिछले 15 दिन में दूसरी बार स्टे कर रहा हु ।पहली बार भी मूझे अछि सर्विस मिली । इस कारण में दुबारा आपकी होटल में स्टे मिया हु । आगे भी दुबारा में आपकी होटल में स्टे करूँगा । सर्विस के य धन्यवाद
