I would like to sincerely appreciate Sunit Das for the excellent room cleaning service during my stay at Novotel Kolkata. The room was consistently kept very clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, which made the stay extremely comfortable. Attention to detail and timely service were truly commendable. Housekeeping falto mayor cuidado con reposición de lotion y complemento de baño. Personal muy atento y preocupado de atender a los huéspedes. Bien ubicado. Buenas instalaciones piscina y gimnasio

Qualche anno fa sono capitato per caso in questo albergo. Da quel momento ho scelto questo albergo per le mie permanenze a Calcutta perché vicino all'aeroporto, ristorante aperto fino a tardi e camere molto ampie. Colazione molto "indian stile" ma buona e personale cortese. Ultimamente sono stato "upgredato" alla categoria superiore con angolo cottura, quindi ci tengono a servire in modo preferenziale, anche per una sola notte, i membri di Accor. Ottimo marketing.-
