A short stay for my girlfriend birthday celebration and it was amazing. The staffs there are really helpful and smile all time. HK Staff assisted with room decorating and room service delivered cake on time. Very impressed. A special thanks to catherine who helped a lot. A highly recommended hotel and you won’t regret it.

Showered with awesome hospitality by Michael, Befo and Carrol during our stay. Memorable & relaxing experience in a sprawling & serene lake location away from the hustle and bustle of Shanghai. This is the kind of hotel you see in movies. No joke. It’s f’ing beautiful. Peaceful, modern, quiet, picturesque. If you want an upscale hotel experience in the boonies like Zhouzhuang, this is your hotel. While I don’t think we’ll ever return to the water town (too touristy for our taste), we’ll forever remember this property. Protip: Skip the breakfast. The options were pretty lackluster and a lot of the food was cold. See attached photos. Just take a taxi to somewhere local.

We hay a great time at Zhouzhuang Pullman. We felt special, and for us that is the best overall feeling when you stay in a hotel. Special thanks to Befo Cai. F&B Manager and his team, as well as Michelle Wu, General Manager who helped us solving some important transport issues. Also thanks to Reception team that was great helping us in different ways all along our stay

酒店服务态度很好，吃的也很多很好吃，风景环境都挺好的，是值得度假的一个地方，尤其是una服务员服务很好，房间很大。I think that the hotel is one of the best views of my trip. Thanks for the hotel provided the excellent meal and room for me. 因为不知道为啥非得两百字符，编不下去了用英文字符凑的数。
