Exceptional service provided by hotel staffs during my stay is the highlight for me and my brother's visit to Luang Prabang. Many thanks to Mina, Toto, and Kamchan in making our stay superb with their hospitality. The staffs gave us detailed information regarding the hotel facilities as well as providing us good recommendation for places to visit in Luang Prabang Area. Hotel free shuttle bus to city center was really helpful as well. We had a further delay for our evening flight, and they gave us complimentary late check out until 6PM on our departure date so that we could prepare better for our next trip to Vietnam. Our upgraded room was very huge and cozy, in which we were also grateful for. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a quite accommodation that is not too far from the city center.

I recently stayed 2 nights at the Pullman Luang Prabang, and I can't wait to come back for longer stay. Pullman didn't merely pay lip service to my platinum membership, I was upgraded to a suite, which made the experience even more memorable. Check-in was completedly smoothly by Mina at the front desk. Mina recognised me from my previous stay, which added a welcome home feeling. Mina also recommended several excellent Laotian restaurants and for the hotel shuttle to take us to and from the eateries. We enjoyed the experience at Manda de Laos, with stunning atmosphere and authentic Laotian cuisine. We enjoyed our stay at Pullman Luang Prabang and will definitely return.

Check out yaşanan sıkıntı beni çok üzdü. Odadan çıkarken kirli çamaşır torbasına şahsi kirli çamaşırlarımı koydum çıkış işlemi sonrası grup ( Gazella turizm) beklerken bir görevli rehperimizle gelip torbayı almışsınız 12 dolar ücreti istedi benim için onur kırıcı bir davranış bir bez parçası üstelik kirli çamaşır torbasını sanki çalmışım muamelesi yapıldı bende bavullar araca yüklenmişti ama indirttim bavulumu açtım kirli çamaşırlarımı boşaltıp iade ettim. Yıllardır seyahat ederim kirli çamaşır torbasını kullanırım ilk kez böyle bir durumla karşılaştım üstelik 13 kişi içinde beni oteliniz küçük duruma hırsız durumuna düşürdü. Lütfen odalarınıza o zaman uyarı yazısı yazın kirli çamaşır torbasının ücreti olduğunu otel misafirleri bilmeli
