We sincerely apologize for the experiences you described, and we are truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations during your stay. We deeply regret that the check-in process was slow, and that there was no one available to assist with your luggage upon arrival. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will address this with our team to ensure future guests receive the proper attention. Regarding your request for additional towels, we are very sorry for the delay in fulfilling your request. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long, and we agree that the response you received was not ideal. We will work to improve our communication between departments and ensure that all guest requests are handled promptly. We also regret that the hot water in your room was not working properly and that your children were uncomfortable during their showers. This is certainly something that we will address immediately to avoid similar issues in the future.
