Great hotel in the centre of Bangdung but well isolated so you want hete the ever lasting noice from traffic. Nice spacious room, friendly staff from checking to dinner service.. Rooms are well equipped and the breakfasts is very complete.

I had a most pleasant experience at the Pullman Bandung Spa. The receptionist Jeje and my therapist Aliya went out of their way to make the most out of my 90 minutes massage. I left relaxed and wanting to come back! To top up the experience, I was offered a delicious ginger tea upon finishing my treatment. The Spa facilities are fantastic, with spacious and comfortable therapy rooms. Highly recommended.

The gym is nicely fitted, clean, and well kept. The trainer (Renaldi) was very helpful and gave nice advice. The ICAROS device made planks fun and I didn’t feel a thing doing it. Snacks and drinks are also provided, so overall it was a great experience.

I feel it's only right to update my previous review and compliment the hotel on taking my previous feedback to heart and making improvements based upon it. The hotel remains a superb design. Stayed in a standard room for the first time given brief stay and it was really well laid out and well furnished. Excellent dinner and service at Mad Cow for dinner. Breakfast was phenomenally busy and staff struggled a little to keep up, but other than that a pretty perfect stay. Barista coffee and chicken satay at breakfast a real plus!
