Lovely little hotel. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. The room was quite small, but I spent much more time exploring the city anyway. Lovely and clean. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

This is a nice hotel. Well situated near both railway station and city centre. Good wi-fi. Good breakfast but some salad items would be an improvement. Room very hot albeit this was a hot week. mmmmmmmm

We were prepared for a budget hotel but this was great and just what we needed. Rooms are small as we expected but clean and modern. Towels are changed each day, staff are friendly and helpful and the help yourself buffet breakfast was amazing. Hot and cold drinks and fruit was available all day for guests as was a bar, children's area and books / newspapers. The location for us as tourists was perfect as everything was within a 10 minute stroll from the hotel.

Great property, excellent value for money! Clean rooms, nice breakfast. It's an Ibis but then the staff here are just amazing. They are very friendly and would do anything to make every guests stay a memorable one. Emmanuelle, Geraldine, Tomas from the reception/front desk team are really helpful. I am sure they enjoy working there as much as me and my colleagues enjoyed staying there! Truly passionate hoteliers!

This hotel is clean,well run and has friendly staff.It is central and is one tram lines to visit different areas of the city(European Parliament,Neustadt)It is in the central shopping area.We had a slight billing issue which was efficiently dealt with.
