Werkelijk perfecte locatie voor een verblijf van een paar dagen. Personeel buitengewoon vriendelijk en attent. Sommigen vragen of je ze wil vermelden in een review maar echt iedereen is zeer attent. Wat tegenvalt is de stoom sauna, daar mag je alleen in als je een massage hebt geboekt. Dit staat nergens aangegeven. Communicatie kan worden verbeterd. Zo had het restaurant elke avond uitsluitend buffet maar stond wel steeds aangegeven dat je ook al la carte kon eten. Dat je ook bij het zwembad kon eten werd ons pas na twee dagen duidelijk.De Accor app werkt alleen als je via het hotel rechtstreeks hebt geboekt., niet echt aanmoedigend.

Grote, ruime hotelkamers met een terras. Goed ingericht, fijne bedden en kussens (deze konden zelf gekozen worden).

The resort was amazing, it all facilities and kids activities to spend 3 nights. We planned to explore the Bogor area but decided to only stay in the resort during our stay.
