The hotel room was spacious with a large bed and generally clean. We appreciated the friendly staff, spa, restaurant, breakfast, and beautiful scenery. However, several issues made our stay less pleasant: - Room facilities: The lavatory had poor air circulation, leaving an unpleasant smell. The Nespresso machine was broken throughout our stay despite informing housekeeping. - Noise: On Friday night, loud music, conversations, and a crying baby disturbed the evening. Additionally, the neighbour above moved furniture late at night, affecting rest. - Photo service: While the free photo service seemed like a nice touch, the vendor’s workflow was inefficient. We waited 30 minutes to select a photo, and the admin responded defensively and visibly mocking me when I raised the delay. The hotel receptionist later stated that the service was not part of the hotel, which added confusion. - Membership points: Promotional materials across the hotel stated that ALL members would earn 3x points for extra spending in restaurants and cafes. Staff reassured me that my purchases on November 20–21 would be credited, even taking photos of my membership app. However, customer care later informed me that points could not be processed. This inconsistency was disappointing. I have been a loyal ALL Accor customer for four years, but this experience has affected my trust and motivation to continue. I hope management will review these issues, improve communication with guests, and ensure that membership benefits are honoured as advertised.

Your loyalty over the past four years is greatly valued, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to receive conflicting information. Stayed for just one night for a short getaway with my husband in an Executive Room. It was quite spacious and nice with a bathtub, complete amenities, and a balcony facing the swimming pool! My stay was made even easier thanks to the hospitality of Kak Dinda, who assisted me with check-in and check-out, and Kak Selly from the restaurant during breakfast. Definitely will come back — one day is not enough!
