1. The room was dusty and had a musty smell. 2. The bathtub area was dirty and the bathtub faucet was broken. 3. The faucet was repaired but still could not be used (it was only patched, not replaced). It also took a very long time for engineering to come. 4. I asked to change rooms, but the room given had a broken telephone. Hope things improve.

Spend our weekend at Novotel Bogor was truly a perfect idea! ✨ We stayed in their newly renovated room—very spacious, clean, and equipped with complete amenities. The balcony overlooking the greenery was calming and refreshing. We were warmly welcomed with a cute mirror drawing with our picture on it, which made us feel very special. Thank you to Imanuel, Adis, Okke, Putri, Dieska, and Rachel for the thoughtful gesture! 💖 All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The facilities are amazing: we enjoyed the beautiful pool, the fun free photo session, and the breakfast selection was delicious with many options to choose from. Overall, it was a memorable and satisfying stay. We can’t wait to come back soon! 🥰 Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone who needs a relaxing escape.

Recommended hotel for staycations and business. Lots of meeting rooms and spacious rooms. The menu is varied, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is pleasant. All the staff are humble. Thank you, Novotel.
