Clean and comfortable hotel; great professional staff and very accommodating. Great breakfast buffet selection & F&B crew. Central and close to the Centrepoint and Medan Mall. Will be back!

Large and comfortable room. Good facilities. Nice scent Great breakfast experience. Dory sos thai and bubur angkasa are our favourite choice since day 1.

We felt very well looked after from the second we arrived at the Grand Mercure. The staff were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and happy. We had some drinks while waiting for our room and when our waitress Elisa heard it was our honeymoon she came back with a lovely gift for us. Excellent range of food and drinks on offer and a comfortable stay.

Best restaurant, with food street I've never met before. I love the way they asked us for the alergist. Which is such rarely question in Indonesia.

Good experience for this trip to choice this hotel. Have many choice of food for breakfast, lunch n dinner. If you guys search a great hotel in Medan .. You guys should try this hotel.. Will come again to this Hotel.. Rooms clean n best.. Affordable price for this hotel.. Location yang strategic in the middle of town.
