We’ve recently returned from a night at the Sofitel Wellington, we had an interconnecting rooms, with the family as we have two children. Everyone was so kind and accomodating, very helpful. Check in was perfect, we had valet parking which was a breeze, club access relaxing, wine and canapés, how could you go wrong, I would definitely recommend the upgrade. The breakfast staff were 100% spot on with service, greeted by name and always checking in, There is a huge choice with the buffet and also ordering off the menu, great coffee! The gym is awesome, lots of machines and weights to choose from. Please pass onto the team and staff over the stay for making it a very enjoyable stay! We will be back!

The staff make staying at this hotel so much more pleasurable. Every staff member encountered from the lobby, the bar staff, restaurant staff and staff in the club lounge were friendly, warm and welcoming and made no request feel too much trouble. Housekeeping and lovely turn down service was awesome too! We were given a larger room because of our Accor membership and appreciated the extra space this provided us. Next time we would request not to be in a motorway facing room although this did not impact our sleep too greatly… If I was to make any suggestions it’d be to address the heating in the bathroom, have some night light options for finding your way to the bathroom and switches and charger points on both sides of the bed instead of just one…. Having said this we very much enjoyed our time at the Sofitel Wellington and would be happy repeat guests next time we visit Wellington.

Fantastic team makes this hotel very special. People are always kind, understanding and genuinely glad to help you with anything they can. This is so much more than just good service and luxury experience - they put their soul into their day and we have the privileged to be looked after by such amazing people. Front Office and Housekeeping teams are incredibly great. We have pleasure to be looked after by Komal, Segio, Tony form FO and Kath from Jardin , who add so much value to the hotel! And last but not least - Jamal, thank you for always relentlessly pursuing the standard and never compromising it! I can spot your hand in so many details ! Thank you , Team, for a fantastic and very special Birthday at your hotel!

Riservando Sofitel (per 2 notti) abbiamo voluto cercare la qualità. Servizio e pulizia assolutamente 🔝… come pure l’accoglienza e check-out. Camere spaziose e ben curate e letti.. comodissimi 😴. Colazione in un ambiente sobrio, romantico e offerta gradevole. Migliorabile: beh… giusto ricordare ai clienti del Sofitel Club le regole da rispettare, in primis un abbigliamento consono SMART CASUAL; ma poi, pf. se vi sono regole facciamole rispettare altrimenti a cosa servono. Adulti in tenuta spiaggia, Short da bagno e ciabatte flip-flop o sportive; bambini a scorrazzare. Mi spiace, assolutamente nessun rispetto di regole basilari della buona educazione. Spero di trovare meglio al SO/Auckland🙄

L’hotel è bello e moderno e vicino al centro. Peccato che le prese USB vicino al letto non funzionino e che il personale, nonostante sia gentile, è poco attento ai dettagli.c’è stato servito un drink al bar senza pulire il tavolino e, cosa ancora più grave, Alla reception si sono dimenticati di far ritirare dal parcheggio la nostra auto. Abbiamo dovuto controllare dopo 15 minuti Cosa fosse successo altrimenti staremmo ancora li ad aspettare .
