Yoko was so sweet and very conversational, we had a very rough last night in CDMX so it was a breath of fresh air to sit at her bar and relax. The ibis hotel is beautiful and we will definitely be staying on our next trip, but the bar was the highlight.

The service in the hotel restaurant is really nice especially Yoko our waitress was amazing helpful and welcoming we loved the food she recommended us doesn't matter if we arrived at busy times or when it was quiet.Thanks! We will revisit in the future for sure.

An all you can eat breakfast with a good variety of food (hot and cold, including yoghurt, fruits, freshly baker wafels and different beverages and différent kinds of Breda. ) All of these things with great service and a Big smile from Yoko. .

Excellent service , good food, but coffee was ok not good or bad , would like u to serve veg food for Indians , we would love to have Indian food again wenever we visit , clean and clam place with lite music .. happy place would love to visit again wenever we come to city

Breakfast offered by Yoko is amazing. I really like the breakfast. Location is excellent. Near to shopping center and is perfect place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay over here. I highly recommend the location and is the perfect place. Having nice experience.
