Personel is super nice. Breakfast is super fresh and complete (although it lacks from fruits). Negative point is definitely the rooms which are really old and not so clean (carpet is overused and bathroom completely outdated and far from clean).

Bad Experience

The air conditioner in the room was not functional and my repeated request for repair did not yeild result. The change of room also did not help. Result was that we could not sleep in the night and were sweating. The temperature was well maintained in the corridor and the restaurants though. The experience continued in Venice also forcing me to think whether the state of rooms is kept so by design in Novotel. However, all in all I would not stay in Novotel in my next visit to Europe. The male steward in the restaurant in Caserta Sud was very rude and asked us to get up from the table during our breakfast and change to another table. Clearly he did not like us being there which he displayed in more ways than one. Rajasekhar Pisapati

Only 4 km away from the Reggia Outlet

If you are planning to visit the Reggia outlet, definitely chose this hotel. It is situated close to the outlet center and the staff is very polite. Park your car at the secure parking of the hotel!!!

Business Stay at Novotel Caserta

As my work needed me to travel around the Napoli region, the Novotel Caserta was well positioned, just off the Autostrada, about 40 minutes from Napoli Airport, to support m needs, the breakfast had a good selection and the dinner specials of the day were all good.

Clean rooms, extra amenities like beautiful swimming pool, and exercise facilities, and excellent restaurant. We were afraid it would be very plain because it is in an industrial area, but were completely surprised about how wonderful the hotel was.

it's a good hotel in a very quite area (restaurants closed really early,more than you wish it to be.)Breakfast is really nice and rich and the pool is ok. It's also quite near to Caserta Royala Palace, a place you must visit.But the fact that since the afternoon hookers and prostitudes are on both sides of the road 10 meters out of the hotel does'nt make you feel nice, especially if you have 2 small kids! Actually prostitudes are all over the place, in every corner. We had a car and that's why we did'n t mind so much CAUSE WE DID 'NT have to walk, but what if we did'nt have? It looks a bit danger.

Convenient location to travelers with car

Located about 20km north of Napoli, this hotel is near to the "Centro commerciale Campania" and "La Reggia Designer Outlet". The location is convenient for visitors who travel with car. Though it seems not so secure the surrounding environment, It is comfortable at least in the hotel, and the staffs are kind. Room is cleaned in average condition compared with others. And breakfast is proper considering that the hotel provids affordable price for the lodging. It is recommendable for whom travel with a car, interested in shopping near the place.

We booked this hotel as it advertised 2 pools: in- and outdoors. The indoor one did not exist and when the staff then verified the information on the hotel website they just shrugged. The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful - definitely not focussed on the guests. The general state of the hotel was poor, such as threadbare carpets. The lack of interest for the guests was well demonstrated by the display bowls at the breakfast bar: these had mouldy oranges in it. Worst hotel ever!! Do not stay here.

The desk staff are very helpful and efficient with a friendly and respectful manners. I was impressed by the restaurant staff as they went the extra mile to accommodate my requirements. A little difficult to find it after the exist from the motorway, my sat nav did not recognise the exact location, but I only wasted 15 minutes before I located it.

Inability of managing the hotel

In general, the room price is satisfactory relative to the states of the hotel. But I felt the sub-managers in the hotel had the attitude of racial discrimination. For example, the breakfast that I've reserved was normal (14 euro per person), but the submanager urged to my family to eat light one (7 euro per person). He thought, I guess, that the Asians like us might get the cheaper ones. Of course, I raised this issue to the receptionist and got an apology from him, but still I am upset.
