Every year, me and my wife we go to Belo Horizonte to visit family and friends and enjoy this wonderful city. For the first time we choose Cesar Business as our hotel and was a great choice, we had a exceptional experience. We were very well looked after at the hotel by the attendant Ana Luiza, who was super attentive and friendly. She is the kind we dream to meet in every trip. Just remember, all other staffers was very kind. The hotel is very well located, 5 minutes walkable to the largest shopping mall in the city, many options of restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and much more. They also have a nice Japanese restaurant at the hotel. I got two rooms, one for me and my wife and another one for my kids The rooms very clean, spacious and comfortable and the housekeeper Cida did a great job all the time. Our bathroom with double sink, jacuzzi and l'occitane toiletries The breakfast is not outstanding, but enough, with some good options. We do not use the pool, the water is very cold, even in a hot day and we didn't see anyone else using. I guess they have to take care about something to improve this space. We highly recommend the hotel and definitely we will be back very soon.

Exceptional service from both Thiago's, Otavio, Anna and the team at the front desk, and from Leticia and the team in the restaurant. Good value. Great sauna and pool area. Everything clean and professional. Really nice sushi restaurant attached to the hotel. Etc!

チェックインの対応が最悪。同じ苗字の他の人物と誤って私の部屋を先にチェックインしてしまい、私の部屋がなくなってしまった。謝罪の言葉、対応は全くなし。チェックインに私だけ時間が相当かかりビジネスの予定にも変更を来してしまった。次からこのホテルには泊まりたくない。 決済方法(代理店経由での支払い)も誤っており、全てが不快であった。

Ana Luuisa Asantos is a special lady who create golden memories. She is able to speak with us in English and translate for us. It is the best hotel and service excellence. The team is super good and ensuring that we feel at home away from home. Ana louisa is a superstart creating memories for all of us and collegues from Africa De soul.
