Cipo staff for morning breakfast was a great start to each day. Thanks to both Maiara and Neiole for their wonderful service, morning smiles. Neiole makes greets you every morning with a smile and makes wonderful omelettes to start each day!

Comfortable bed, nice breakfasts. Good location near shopping center. In some rooms, air conditioners do not work well in heating mode; you can freeze at night. That's why I gave it 4 stars out of 5 Many thanks to Noè from reception, the most competent one here.

The hotel is very neat and has style. Rooms are clean and in perfect condition. Breakfast awesome with acai and cupuaçu. But what attracted more my attention was the politeness of all the staff in the hotel, no exceptions. Everybody was extremely nice and helpful.
