Everyone was really nice at the hotel. Service is excellent and the amenities is great! Pool, tennis court, game room! Something for everyone. Special thanks for the people at the executive lounge. They always made an extra effort to help me and my family!

We had a long layover in São Paulo so booked a Day Pass at Pullman Hotel. Toddy and Cacau were super helpful in the kids play area- spent time coloring and running around with our daughters. Highly recommend booking a day pass instead of having to stay at the airport for a long layover.

Very convenient good quality airport hotel with a great pool bar. We wanted somewhere to relax after a long flight from the uk and before our next flight to Iguazu Falls. Easy complimentary transfer from and to the airport . We will back again in a couple of weeks between flights

Tia and tio were absolutely amazing with my daughter. She connected with them so quickly and didnt want to leave. Very hard to find people who take care of kids and really enjoy it. I highly recommend their service.
