We had a long layover in São Paulo so booked a Day Pass at Pullman Hotel. Toddy and Cacau were super helpful in the kids play area- spent time coloring and running around with our daughters. Highly recommend booking a day pass instead of having to stay at the airport for a long layover.

Very convenient good quality airport hotel with a great pool bar. We wanted somewhere to relax after a long flight from the uk and before our next flight to Iguazu Falls. Easy complimentary transfer from and to the airport . We will back again in a couple of weeks between flights

Tia and tio were absolutely amazing with my daughter. She connected with them so quickly and didnt want to leave. Very hard to find people who take care of kids and really enjoy it. I highly recommend their service.

I came for a business trip and I slept off past the dinner time and ended up ordering the room service. Wellington was working in the room service and realised I was not too well when he brought my food. He went back to the kitchen and brought me honey, lemon water and salt to gargle.
