Of all the hotels that I've stayed throughout Sao Paulo, this whole experience, just one day into my stay, is the BEST ! The food is incredible for a hotel that is mostly for one or two day travelers due to the INTL Airport ! There's no restaurants that are in the middle of this big city that cook as high quality food, and FAST, at their Buffets ! THE STAFF ARE THE REASON ! The young men and women who are in the reception and also at the bar and ALSO in the restaurant, are absolutely the most friendly and desire to serve you ! I'm really astounded ! My wife is joining me in a few days, but she was delayed due to her job. I've already showed her while we were on video, just how fresh all of the meat and bread and salads are ! I also showed her the GRILL !!! The most perfectly cooked steaks and chicken and sausage ! Although this is a hotel, and not a cruise ship, this crew who work in this restaurant, and all the chefs in the kitchen could absolutely DOMINATE a cruise ship style kitchen and kill it ! I'm due to be here for another 2 weeks, and my wife is racing to get finished and fly down here to check out this food ! Due to the time constraints, we're actually just staying here, near the airport, so we can spend time together before I return overseas to my job. So, we're here for pleasure, and this hotel with the Sauna, Massage, and Great Food seems to be the best overall location and has the things we love the most. Oh yeah, the rooms... Very comfortable ! There was a minor issue with the shower, but it was fixed in 5 minutes ! Their repairmen staff went to the room immediately ! I was really shocked at how fast the staff respond to even the slightest things ! Incredible to witness ! I've stayed just recently in Ilhabela, the island down south of Sao Paulo, and it's very expensive, and the service is fairly bad everywhere. NOTHING LIKE THE PULLMAN !!! The cleaning staff - The sweetest and most kind to me, (although they couldn't comprehend my terrible pronunciations in Portuguese), I used Google Translate on my cell phone. It just feels like everyone actually, truly likes doing their jobs here ! This experience makes me want to return overseas to my job, and show the same zeal and excitement to speak to people as these professionals do for me ! I am staying in room 602, and it's absolutely quiet although I'm only about 20 meters from the elevator. It's a great floor to be on, so you can go to the Executive Lounge or the gym or sauna on the 10th floor and also fairly quick to get to the main lobby. There's a mini coffee shop downstairs in reception, and they also have ice cream ! OH YEAH !!! THE BREAKFAST !!! They have the ULTIMATE BREAKFAST BUFFET ! The man on the grill is cooking fried eggs and putting them on buns, like a sandwich ! They also have a tray of crispy bacon on the serving line near the grill. Just the fried egg sandwiches by themselves are a DREAM !!! HOTELS JUST DON'T DO THIS ANYWHERE ELSE !!! There's no crispy bacon anywhere anymore ! It's a crime to have bacon, and for it not to be well done and crunchy ! This hotel restaurant GETS IT RIGHT ! THEY ARE AWESOME ! I love it ! I've traveled throughout Europe and the Middle East, and although this place is in an industrial INTL Airport location, it shines compared to most of the other hotels for service, anywhere on this planet ! My apologies to the management that I haven't yet made note of anyone's names ! I'll update, if this post permits, and fill you in on the BBQ Buffet as well on Saturday or Sunday. A comida é incrível para um hotel que é principalmente para viajantes de um ou dois dias devido ao Aeroporto Internacional! Não há restaurantes no meio desta cidade grande que cozinhem comida de alta qualidade e RÁPIDO em seus Buffets! A EQUIPE É A RAZÃO! Os rapazes e moças que estão na recepção e também no bar e TAMBÉM no restaurante, são absolutamente os mais amigáveis ​​e desejam atendê-lo! Estou realmente surpreso! Minha esposa vai se juntar a mim em alguns dias, mas ela se atrasou devido ao seu trabalho. Eu já mostrei a ela enquanto estávamos no vídeo, o quão frescas são todas as carnes, pães e saladas! Então, estamos aqui por prazer, e este hotel com sauna, massagem e ótima comida parece ter a melhor localização geral e tem as coisas que mais amamos. Ah sim, os quartos... Muito confortáveis! Houve um pequeno problema com o chuveiro, mas foi consertado em 5 minutos! A equipe de reparos foi até o quarto imediatamente! Fiquei realmente chocado com a rapidez com que a equipe responde até mesmo às menores coisas! Incrível de testemunhar! Fiquei recentemente em Ilhabela, a ilha ao sul de São Paulo, e é muito caro, e o serviço é bastante ruim em todos os lugares. NADA COMO O PULLMAN!!! A equipe de limpeza - A mais doce e gentil comigo, (embora eles não conseguissem compreender minhas pronúncias terríveis em português), usei o Google Tradutor no meu celular. Parece que todo mundo realmente gosta de fazer seu trabalho aqui! Essa experiência me faz querer voltar para o exterior para o meu trabalho, e mostrar o mesmo zelo e entusiasmo para falar com as pessoas que esses profissionais fazem por mim! Estou hospedado no quarto 602, e é absolutamente silencioso, embora eu esteja a apenas 20 metros do elevador. É um ótimo andar para se estar, então você pode ir para o Lounge Executivo ou para a academia ou sauna no 10º andar e também é bem rápido para chegar ao saguão principal. Há uma mini cafeteria no andar de baixo na recepção, e eles também têm sorvete! OH YEAH!!! O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ!!! Eles têm o MELHOR BUFFET DE CAFÉ DA MANHÃ! O homem na grelha está cozinhando ovos fritos e colocando-os em pães, como um sanduíche! Eles também têm uma bandeja de bacon crocante na linha de serviço perto da grelha. Só os sanduíches de ovos fritos por si só são um SONHO!!! OS HOTÉIS SIMPLESMENTE NÃO FAZEM ISSO EM NENHUM OUTRO LUGAR!!! Não há mais bacon crocante em lugar nenhum! É um crime ter bacon e ele não estar bem passado e crocante! Este restaurante de hotel ACERTA! ELES SÃO INCRÍVEIS! Eu adoro! Eu viajei pela Europa e Oriente Médio e, embora este lugar esteja em um local industrial do Aeroporto INTL, ele brilha em comparação com a maioria dos outros hotéis em termos de serviço, em qualquer lugar deste planeta! Minhas desculpas à gerência por ainda não ter anotado os nomes de ninguém! Atualizarei, se esta postagem permitir, e informarei sobre o Buffet de Churrasco também no sábado ou domingo. My experience during breakfast buffet was very good, staff named” Alexandre” was very pleasant & attentive towards all the guests, he was proactive and efficient. He was seen replenishing preferred beverages of all guests without them asking for it which shows his commendable attentiveness. I wish him all the success.

We stayed at the Pullman for one night because we had an early flight the next day. The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel was very helpful as it started early enough for our flight The room was very comfortable, and the shower good. We ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner, which was buffet/grill and we enjoyed the steak! We had to leave before breakfast but it was good to be able to get a coffee before heading back to the airport.

Chose Pullman due to its location and easy access to highway compared with the Hotels on the other side where in some instances it yakes 20 minutes to drive 1 mile. Great room, very convenient location . Buffet for bkfst, lunch are really good and complete. Friendly service. Alexandre did a great job at lunch. Will defenitely suggest to my friends.

It's true that the breakfast buffet starts at 6am, but room service and its breakfast options are available 24/7. The hotel also offers an early birds coffee at the lobby before the breakfast opens for whom just need some bread, some fruit and some coffee.
