The experience was great. The staff was polite and service was good. Dapmon, Shahnaz and all others during our morning breakfast and dinners later were great to talk to. Looking foward to visiting again. The food variety was exceptional. Thanks.

Stayed for a week during a business trip. Very good service and good buffet for breakfast and dinner. Traffic around hotel is not ideal but not the hotel’s fault. Very enjoyable stay! Would definitely come back in the future if on a business trip to Bangalore. Excellent and kind staff

Service is top notch Specially Dapmon she is very helpful she helped in my dining, every staff is friendly.. There are lots of variation in food in breakfast, lunch, dinner. Here I got to try lots of tasty foods. Love this place 😍 I will recommend this to everyone who comes in Bengaluru must stay this hotel and try their variety of foods ❤️❤️

The overall service provided by the hotel was good. The rooms service and laundry were perfect but the buffet at La Utsav was a bit of a disappointment on few days for dinner and breakfast especially among the international cuisine. The staff was really polite and ensured hospitality across the hotel and during the meals.

Great hotel with good housekeeping ensuring all wishes are met. Special thanks to Depankar. The offer transportation as well with their concierge service and the hotel restaurant has a good selection of international and local cuisine. Will be back soon!
