The room service is amazing and I highly appreciate it. They are flexible to our demands and adhere to every single one of our requirements. I really appreciate the management to have people like Mr. Krish Murah who carried out cleaning super quickly and neatly even during his night shift ours! Keep up the good work!

Raghul was great, exquisite service. Bartender was great as well. Food was good, veg meal combo was excellent, veg buddha bowl was good, and ambience was nice too. Definitely try the baos from the food truck menu. Watched the ipl match and had fun.

Grand mercure stay is comfortable. Room is well maintained, neat and clean.. Hotel is in prime area and we have gopalan mall nearby. All kind of shopping is in your fingertips. Cleaning was really impressive. Purnima was the staff who cleaned the room. Thank you.
