Very conveniently situated in the heart of the central business district in Bangalore. Totally suited for the business traveler. Staff was very polite and friendly. Property and amenities are well maintained. Rooms are modern, and boutique style. Highly recommend for a business traveler who wants to stay in the central part of the city and be accessible.

Very friendly and helpful housekeeping staff Munmuni and Venkat on the 7/F who helped change supplies as needed. Breakfast buffet staff and chefs were also very friendly and changed plates frequently. Waiting time for food was sometimes a bit long. Front desk and security were also helpful especially when receiving deliveries. Had a great stay for 10 days.

I stayed at the Ibis City Centre in Bangalore for the Asian Netball Championships in October 2024. You get what you expect with an Ibis, basic clean rooms and facilities, but what sets this Ibis apart is the staff. They really do try their best to ensure you have a good stay. Thanks to Mu Muni and Venkata Anil from housekeeping on 7th floor who were always super helpful and responded quickly to any requests or issues. Honey and his team in the dining room were also amazing. We had been worried about the food situation before coming but there was no need. The hotel food was excellent, we had buffet breakfast every day, and lunch/dinner buffet as well as al la carte on ground and 8th floor. We also walked to UB City frequently for meals and would recommend Oz the Turkish restaurant, Tuscana the Italian as well as the French Bistro. I felt extremely safe in this area and used Ubers or walked to get around. My expectations have been exceeded and I would recommend Ibis City Centre Bangalore for a very good budget hotel.

pathetic , completely pathetic. An OYO like poor hotel having, unhygienic washrooms, dirty washroom, dirty blankets which comes with mosquitoes, poor services, non courteous staff. I have attached some photographs for evidence and this is of room number 405
