There were several issues that, if I had known about them before booking, I would not have chosen this hotel: - Room service is available only during limited hours (about from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM). This information was not clearly stated during the booking process or explained at check-in desk. - The refrigerator in the suite did not work, which caused all of our food to spoil, including food for our children. When we reported this, we were informed that the suite does not have a proper refrigerator, only a unit that maintains room temperature and does not cool food. However, the booking details stated that the suite includes a refrigerator. The hotel did not resolve the issue, change the room, or offer to cancel the remaining nights, despite our stay being nearly two weeks. The management’s response and communication were very poor. - The carpet in the suite was very dirty and worn. - The hotel was disorganised and the overall cleanliness was below an acceptable standard. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location.

Extremely good and comfortable stay. Great breakfast selection. The staff did their best to take care of the needs of my kids and us. Mr. Hanif at breakfast buffet was extremely helpful and made sure we were entertained well. Will definitely go there again.
