Compliment on staff especially Latoya and Victor very lucky to have them professional etc but meal let down for cost, and cold breakfast (cooked) had to microwave it to get warm Mould in shower rm 279 and carpet in hallways stained and smells walls paper thins could hear conversations next door had to sleep with air con on to dampen

Was good except I was charged $8 from minibar and I did not eat anything from it.

It was disappointing that the fridge wasn’t cold and couldn’t be changed and why can’t they use a roll of toilet paper instead of the tiny little squares???
