It was an amazing property very good staff well located. The property is not so big but very good for time with family and kids. I was travelling with a toddler and they took amazing care of him. They made sure he was super comfortable. The only thing they need to work on is valet. It takes a long time for valet to get the car. Bvz they park really far hence it takes a lot of time literally 20-25 mins for them to get the car. As we were travelling during diwali time and the property was sold out.

service was excellent by sri nidhi , rahul , shailender and rohan .

they were polite . but food was not fresh enough . also starter items were very less . some food items found not fresh enough. food quality need to be improved. overall ok satisfaction. some more items should be added enough to be on buffet list

It was an awesome stay..I believe it's One of the best places in goa to stay or visit.. The rooms were so neat and clean.. Very courteous and friendly staff as well.. The restaurant and food were decent though to which I would suggest you can prefer to have it on other outlets

A pleasant stay. Had an amazing experience with Novotel goa. Staff is very helpful. But the property was sold out so the only problem we faced was with the valet it took a lot of time for our car to come.rest an amazing stay and amazing time spent.

We had a great time at the Novotel Goa . Special shout out to Neelam for helping us with parents wedding anniversary celebration by decorating the room. Breakfast buffet spread was good with lots of options in Veg. The property has decent indoor games and a great swimming pool. Overall, we had a great time.
