Booked online, very easy check in and room on the third floor opposite the lift despite requesting a room furthest from the lift. However this wasn't a problem most of the time - the rooms are surprisingly soundproof and the only complaint we had about lift proximity was the recorded voice announcing 'Going up or going down' - that carried to the room, but the lift was very quiet. On arrival in the room was a bottle of wine and two glasses which we used later that day. A pity but the next day's housekeeping took the glasses and didn't replace them so we had to use the 'everyday glasses' for our bottle of wine on the balcony with our takeaway fish n chips. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the balcony was handy with a view of the tree at the front of the building and part street view - and not much else. On the 2nd day, my wife left a glass of water on the bedside table and when we returned later that afternoon, housekeeping had been through, but the partially filled glass was still there (obviously not replaced with a clean one). Overall, a quiet room and a good stay with free parking underground.

Best hotel in Kiama... probably the best one in between Sydney Scenic Drive and Batemans Bay@

Currently staying here for 1 week ( 2 nights in) and thought I'd post my review now and get it over and done with because there is a fair bit to cover. Booking over the phone was so easy. I did this with Ebony and truly she was amazing even after changing my travel dates / stay 3 times. In the days leading up to our arrival , I honestly did their heads in... I was calling daily and asking about the weather , things to do , places to eat etc. Maddie was so helpful. Checking in was a breeze. Chloe checked us in and was also amazing and very knowledgeable about the things to do and places to visit along with travel times and the like. We arrived at 9am , way before checkin time however Chloe assisted us by allowing us to leave all our luggage , laptops , cameras, sleep apnea machines and other high ticketed items in her back office to allow us to do some travelling and sightseeing before our 2pm check in. As a very kind gesture , we recieved a call from Josie at 12pm advising that our room was ready. We arrived to reception , paid for our stay and then Chloe directed us to our room and advised us that our luggage was already in our rooms. Parking is underground and free for guests. There was a bottle of wine 🍷 in our room, along with a welcome card from Ebony. This was really appreciated. It's not about the wine... it's about the care and consideration and thought planning that we appreciated the most. A hand written card... now that is old school... the best school. Buffet breakfast daily is awesome and so are the ladies that greet us each morning.The views overlooking the harbour are really nice. The room we stayed are staying in is more like a luxurious apartment, really comfy beds , two bedrooms, bathroom, spa / jackuzi, full laundry, full kitchen , living and dining room and an out door courtyard where we can just sit , have our coffee , wine and other treats. Seriously peeps... if you are staying in Kiama don't bother staying elsewhere. Nothing is too hard for these lovely ladies..Ebony , Chloe , Josie , Sophie , Maddie and to the rest of the team..Kudos , you are the life and face of this establishment. Keep up the brilliant work!

Muy buen hotel, llegamos tarde y nos atendieron de muy buena forma, no teníamos reserva y la persona de la recepcion nos dio muy buenos precios con desayuno incluido. El desayuno muy bueno y el entorno muy bonito, con muy buena vista. Volveria de todas maneras.

Pasamos dos noches, el lugar esta bien, pero tampoco nada del otro mundo, me parece un precio elevadisimo para lo que ofrecen, quizás por que solo hay un hotel en Kiama, se aprovechan… Tuvimos un error en nuestra reserva, y no nos quisieron abonar la noche de mas que no utilizamos, son normas del hotel, pero después de comentarles.. no hubo manera…. El trato en recepcion no fue nada agradable, todo lo contrario…. Comimos en su Bistro las dos noches. Desayuno…. normal, aunque cuando pedí un capuchino, me dijeron que si no utilizaba la maquina de los desayunos, me tenían que cobrar un extra…. por favor, después de lo que cuesta la noche… no pueden hacer un capuchino!! En fin, Kiama maravilloso, me encantaria regresar, pero creo que no repetiría en este hotel….

Un excelente hotel atendido con mucha cordialidad. El personal de recepción cordial y agradable muy preocupado de una muy buena atencion en especial Julie. La habitación amplia y confortable y muy limpia con una vista maravillosa de la marina. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y fue solucionado inmediatamente cambiandonos a otra habitación similar con una vista igual o mejor a la anterior. Estuvimos con mi esposa seis noches y guardamos un excelente recuerdo de nuestra estadía allí. El pueblito de Kiama es muy hermoso, tranquilo y fue nuestro punto de partida para ir a Wollongong , Jarvis Bay y Jamboroo , todos lugares preciosos. El desayuno muy bueno aunque faltó algun embutido. Lo recomiendo entusiastamente . Si usted va allí tendrá una atención excelente
