We had our wedding on the deck at Novotel Wollongong, and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Nothing was ever too hard for them and we felt at ease knowing that our wedding was being looked after by such a passionate team. The deck was beautiful to have both our ceremony and reception on, having our guests overlooking the beach. Maddison especially made the day almost effortless and perfect, any request we had she made it happen. All our guests had a great night and we’ve had endless compliments about the venue. We also stayed in the ocean view room with a balcony afterwards which had a great view, comfy bed and modern facilities.

An absolute amazing experience at Palisades Kitchen for a 40th birthday ladies luncheon. Amazing location, set up, service and Ian the manager was without a doubt an amazing host and ensured that everything was perfect on the day to ensure it was special. I would highly recommend Palisades Kitchen and especially Ian.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Novotel. From the minute we arrived the staff on the desk were all amazing and incredibly helpful - Julie in particular really looked after us all and made us feel very welcome. There was a problem with the air con in one of the rooms and it took the staff no time at all to move us to a bigger room with an even better view! The food in the all restaurants was also amazing, in particular the seafood dishes. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back,

Worst customer service experience ever

From the moment I arrived it was a disaster. My room key was issued to the wrong room, so I had to go back down and sort out someone else’s mistake. Charged $35 per night for parking at a hotel you are paying for unacceptable. No information in room or check in about how you access WiFi. I’m sure more will happen. Here on a mental health break it has not been great so far and I’ve only been here for 4 hours. Would not recommend.
