I booked this hotel through All Accor app. As a gold memeber, we didn’t get benefits from this hotel: no welcome drink , no early check in or late checkout etc . The room is not even ready at the guaranteed check in time. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments. Rooms are poorly cleaned and maintained. Both rooms are out of body wash, there are 6 body wash bottles in both rooms , all of them are empty. We raised issues to the Reception. She said it would be delivered, but nothing was ever provided, even by checkout. We have to go out and purchase from supermarket. What a joke!

Great location, needs a refurb!

Incredibly convenient location right next door to Westfield. Lovely lobby area. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was quite rundown and old. Needed a refurb majorly. The apartment itself was really spacious but the old and rundown furniture just made it feel slightly dirty.

Great location easy parking and spacious. Previous person’s food left in kitchen and despite requests not removed. Limited help at reception.

Disappointing stay - ideal if you love Westfield and train noise, but needs an upgrade. Even the sign on the building!

Very disappointing. So, so tired and dirty. Everything needs to be upgraded from the keys, to the carpet, to the crockery, linen and furniture. Housekeeping is not up to scratch with greasy glasses and plates.

Booked a serviced apartment which was very spacious and a nice change from being in just a room. Freedom to cook meals and lounge about was fantastic. Will come again when in Sydney.
