As husband of someone who stayed there, where it appears it has been manipulated to have my wife's review removed, I repeat it. Where do I start. The checkin was the best, with personal service. But it went backwards from there! We paid for a lakeside room and it was tired, bird poo all over the seats, noisy, and aged. The tea bags were empty, (and never filled up in our 3 nights!), and the kitchenette was tiny. We chased out a cockroach and a white tail (sprayed them to death...sorry). We then saw a fox and told staff...we were told they could not remove them because it was a national park...but they were happy for them to be killing fauna. (They are wrong btw...foxes need to be removed from national parks. Full stop.) The spa treatment was half an hour late, led to just a situation of my husband hanging outside with the key, because they told him I would be finished 20 minutes earlier. The spa seemed to think this was okay. No. It is not okay. Plan better. Now to dinner. This was horrible. I honestly felt for the kitchen because the staff butchered it. We got our entree 1 hour 15 minutes after arriving. The waiter took the wrong order, but instead of making it up to us, we were kicked to back of queue. The food was not that great. Everyone seemed stressed. Fast forward to the next night. We arrive wanting to use our drink vouchers. Nope. A wedding is booked, meaning as a guest you cannot use the decking! We were squished in to drink a beer with everyone else...likely also annoyed. It got worse...there was a wedding the second night!!!!! So...do NOT book on a weekend as you are denied access to what you have paid for! We sat facing a table, not views. I should have stayed at home! We were here in 2020 and it was amazing, and we were so looking forward to coming back, but nobody seems to care about local (WA) feedback. One European staff member was talking about me and did not know I can lip read...she was telling another staff member about my response. (She had said a table was not available for an hour. We questioned this and she got upset because she felt she had said we could have the table for an hour, but that is not what she said!) For the price? I do not recommend. We have tried to bring issues to the attention of staff and they are honestly not interested...they have bookings, so all is good. For Aussies, book elsewhere. Tired, run down, and staff who do not appreciate local custom. (I have decided not to add images of cockroach or spider, or bird poo, or other issues, but I do have these available. Happy to supply the venue on request.)

As our resort is located within a national park, there are, unfortunately, occasions when bird droppings can occur in some areas. Please know that our team works tirelessly to maintain the resort, and I apologise that this was not the case in your villa. Being situated in natural bushland, we are surrounded by an abundance of wildlife, not all of which are welcome. We understand that foxes are classified as pests in WA; however, their removal falls under the responsibility of Parks and Wildlife. We have reported their presence and are awaiting their action. We deeply respect our environment and are certainly not happy about the harm foxes may cause to local fauna. Rest assured, we are committed to preserving and maintaining the natural environment. I’m also sorry to hear about the spa treatment running late. Occasionally, treatments can run over time due to late arrivals by some guests, and I apologise that this impacted your visit. Regarding the wedding held onsite, while a portion of the outdoor deck was utilised for the event, another adjacent area with stunning views remained available for other guests to enjoy. Your feedback is valued by our team, and I’m sorry if you felt it was not received with interest. We are always striving to surprise and delight our guests to ensure they have a wonderful stay. I initially booked online and had to phone the hotel to make an adjustment. ‘Jess ’ from bookings was very polite professional and helped me move my dates.. On arrival check in staff very friendly and welcoming, helped with our suitcases to our villa Room very clean, and serviced every day Breakfast very good, something there for everyone I booked a Sauna at the onsite Spa, which was great, again staff all very friendly Can’t fault this lovely place, I would highly recommend

Heerlijk hotel op prachtige plek. Jammer dat het koffietentje op /bij het strand niet open was. Het Zwembad was echt te koud. Had gevraagd om een kamer. dichtbij het hoofdgebouw en dat was niet gereserveerd voor mij.

Bella struttura con appartamenti tutti ad un piano sparsi per il resort. Camere grandi con mega saloni dotati di lavatrice, asciugatrice e cucina. Buona e molto varia anche la colazione, peccato per il ristorante per la cena dove l'aria condizionata è altissima!

de resort heeft enorm veel potentieel maar is zeer slecht onderhouden. De kamers zijn zeer vuil en moeten dringend opgefrist worden (doucheglas, douchekranen,....) De safe, kluis was stuk maar werd na meerdere meldingen niet hersteld. Het ontbijt is zeer duur in verhouding met het aanbod, en is ook hier niet netjes... we keken enorm uit naar ons verblijf maar zijn enorm teleurgesteld.
