We genuinely value feedback from our returning guests, especially from our Accor Live Limitless Gold members. While we're pleased to hear that you appreciated the complimentary villa upgrade and found our reception team friendly and the food at Other Side of the Moon enjoyable, we are truly sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the discomfort caused by the bedding, the condition of the coffee machine, and the inconsistencies with housekeeping. These matters have already been addressed with our housekeeping leadership team to ensure better attention to cleanliness and room deliveries moving forward. We’re also investigating the outdoor path lighting and torch battery issue, as your safety and comfort are very important to us. We are especially disappointed to hear about your experience with a member of our restaurant team. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with our Food & Beverage Manager for immediate follow-up and training. We always strive to accommodate our guests' requests, such as room preferences, but please understand that these are subject to availability. We sincerely apologize that your room wasn’t closer to the main building as requested, and we will work to improve communication on this front for future stays. Regarding the coffee shop by the beach, we would like to mention that it is privately owned and not part of our resort, so we don’t have control over its operating hours. We’ll certainly pass along your feedback to them. We also apologize for the pool temperature and the timing issue with your room access after check-out.
