Dear S. Hyungwoo, Thank you for your review and I am sorry the issue with the dishwasher had such an impact on your stay. Please note our Maintenance went to the villa and we had confirmation that the issue with the door was fixed. You called later to report the dishwasher was still dysfunctional. We organized a room move as soon as possible as per your request. Please accept our sincerest apologies and we hope it won't stop you form visiting us again in the future.
