Accommodation was wonderful and lovely facilities. But.as a accor member being harrased to attend a sales pitch meeting is not good enough. I was asked about it when they confirmed my booking last week. We arrived at 2pm Thursday with in half an hour I got a phone call asking about attending a meeting I said I'd let then know. At 4.00 I got another phone call again pestering about this meeting. I was so annoyed at this point. I hate being pestered, if I had made the choice to go to this meeting. After the second call there was no way in hell I was going. To a sales pitch to spend more money. I'm very happy with what our membership provides us and don't need any further information. And as I said to the lady on the phone I was there for a holiday. I will never attend one of your meetings ever after this. Members should not be harrassed. I was very disappointed in how your staff kept pushing . The lady in the phone said I'm just doing my job. Harrassement shouldn't be part of a job description. She said you need to let us know as the spaces fill uo My husband walked past the meeting room the next day and what a surprise. Hardly anyone in there. we came to sebel to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. And it didn't start off well with your harassment. As you can tell Im not happy. Caroline Davis

A very well deserved 5 stars,everything from check in to checkout was lovely,very clean room(studio apartment),loads of space,serviced daily,nice balcony/verandah,large and spotless bathroom with tub and shower, comfy king size bed, good tv with lots of channel choices,the indoor pool and spa was very nice and open from 7am which was a very nice start to our day,we were that happy with everything here we booked an extra night within 10 minutes of arriving. Without a doubt the Sebel Busselton is our new favourite hotel here in Busselton and we’re looking forward to a longer visit next time.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, very comfortable beds and pillows, spacious room, clean and fresh. Nothing to fault here. Great, easy check in and out with friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Nice and quiet even though full

Great beds! Refurbished apartment

We stayed in a lovely newly renovated apartment and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean and new which was lovely! Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the weather was a bit cool so we didn’t get much use out of the pool.

Booked on line through the Mercure app. Booking through was simple and straightforward, Booking in on arrival exceptional friendly staff and reception staff gave us where all eateries were super market and other essential service, Rooms serviced daily and pod coffee on arrival. Overall stay was excellent no road noise due to double glazed sliding doors to balcony
