The location of the property is excellent and fits well within the natural environment. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which we found to be stylish, comfortable, spacious and well presented. Very good breakfast and variety, also dinner menu ticks all the boxes. Found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially the man the drives the golf buggy to and from the room and the waiting staff on breakfast service. A couple of negative comments, the chairs in the breakfast area are dirty and generally in bad condition which is unacceptable for the price you are paying . Also pool area is in need for some additional chairs just outside the glass area.

Very disappointing trip to this hotel. It is not really suitable for couples as there are many families who descend on the dining area which is insufficient to cater for all the guests. Internet is intermittent, reception and dining never answered their phones when we were trying to book a dinner reservation or book a golf cart. We stayed in a lake view studio which desperately needs a revamp and you have to be a mountain goat to walk up to the dining and reception areas. Whilst this was not a problem for us it may be for people with mobility issues. Just because it has a spa does not mean they can call themselves 5 star, which it is not. Would not stay there again.

Bella struttura con appartamenti tutti ad un piano sparsi per il resort. Camere grandi con mega saloni dotati di lavatrice, asciugatrice e cucina. Buona e molto varia anche la colazione, peccato per il ristorante per la cena dove l'aria condizionata è altissima!

Leider das Geld nicht wert. Das Hotel bzw die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem mangelt es an Service und Qualität. Ein Grossteil des Personals besteht aus Backpackern, welche ungelernt, ohne Anweisung und unmotiviert arbeiten. Bemerkbar wird die vor allem beim Housekeeping. Dies wurde meist erst gegen 18 Uhr durchgeführt und mehr als Handtuchtausch war nicht drin. Definitiv keine 5 Sterne, max. 3.

Llegue a Perth e encontrarme con mi novio y me llevo alla 4 dias de sorpresa! Los departamentos comodos, cerca de la recepcion y bar frente a un jardin con barbecue y caminando por un puente llegabamos a la playa, amplia, linda, solitaria, caminamos, pescamos y luego cocinabamos en el barbecue del jardin, mientras esperabamos un gigante tablero de damas nos entretenia! Hicimos varios paseos a lugares cercanos. Podiamos estar independientos en nuestro departamento o ir al bar a comer, tomar aperitivos y usar internet o wifi! A pesar de ser invierno, el sol nos acompaño! La habitacion de buen porte, el baño muy comodo! Mejoraria el sistema de aseo!
