The Sebel Busselton 4 estrellas

Excellent accommodation, lovely room very spacious, clean and well presented. The staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Set perfectly around everything you could need, local shops, Tonic on the bay next door and less than 10 minutes drive into town. Lovely resort feel I will certainly be booking again.

We were only there for one night which was disappointing as it is such a great place to stay. We will definitely stay longer next time. We had a studio room and it obviously had been updated as the bathroom was lovely and the little kitchenette all we needed and the king bed was comfortable and we slept beautifully. The shower in the bathroom was large with a nice big shower head (we find this a rarity in hotel rooms). We sat by the pool for a while and it is a lovely area. The beach at the back of the resort is beautiful. We ate at Tonic on the Bay which is a five minute walk behind the resort with beach views from the outside dining area and there is ample inside dining as well. Sebel guests receive 10% discount on their meals. All in all great accommodation and value for money.

Wow what a lovely place. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and it was fantastic. Beds nice and cosy. Loved the way they had large bottles of shampoo/condition and body wash. No wastage and so convenient.

Good: Only about 10 minutes from the town center with a small shopping centre next door which offered take away food, a grocer and liquor store. The grounds are large with a well manicured garden, lots of shade and good recreation facilities in the form of tennis courts, large indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a toddlers play room. Bad: We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. The room was dark and dingey and very much showing its age. The bar stools in the kitchen area were extremely uncomfortable and basically unusable. The villa was on the second floor requiring you to handle an extremely steep and precarious stair case leading to your room. Ugly: The carpets in all bedrooms were badly stained, as was the rug in the living area which looked terrible. There was a musty/grimy odor in the room which could only be beaten by opening up all windows. I suspect the odor came from the rug or the couch. Overall we expected much more from a Sebel than we got. This was one of those trips where you didn't look forward to going back to your room as it just wasn't pleasurable.

Loved our stay. Studio room was beautifully prepared. Facilities are wonderful, particularly the grounds, bbq area & pool. Love the spa. Staff are very polite & pleasant. Perfectly located to visit Busselton town, Dunsborough & Margaret River. Highly recommended.
