Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced during your stay and the impact it had on your plans. We strive to provide excellent service to all our guests, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by our inability to facilitate the return of the wheelchair. Due to being a very small hotel with limited staff we unfortunately do not have the manpower or capacity to always accomodate such special requests. We understand how important it is to accommodate our guests' needs, especially in situations like yours, however, we are also more limited in these sort of situations due to that than perhaps a larger hotel with more staff could have been. In the future, maybe this would be a better option for situations like this. However, we are committed to addressing this issue internally to to aour best ability prevent similar situations in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services. We hope you will consider giving us another chance to provide you with the quality service you expect and deserve. Thank you for your understanding and for bringing this matter to our attention.
