Basic but budget. Centrally located

Pros: 1. Very central location. Bus to hafen city is 7min walk away. You can also walk to speicherstadt easily. Central station is 8min walk away. Lots of restaurants, one asien grocery store nearby. 2.The breakfast on some days is good other days not so good. (Eggs and croissant was available only on one day and not for the next 2 days we stayed at the hotel). 3. Family rooms where they provide a baby bed and another bed on top for a small child to sleep in. 4.hot water can be obtained free of cost at the reception. There is also a microwave next to reception where you can heat up your food. Coffee vending machine also available. 5. There is lift available. Cons: 1.Breakfast not so good on somedays (sss point 2 above). 2.The room has no AC and temperature is centrally controlled and for me the room was warm. When the windows will close there was a smell of stale air. 3. The hotel is right next to train station and throughout the night (with open windows) there was extreme noise of screeching train tires or loud sirens. Closing the windows reduced the noise but made room too hot and stuffy. 4.No hot water kettle, no dryer in rooms, no microwave, no safe, no ventilation in October.

An average hotel, but generally clean. However, we were given a room adapted for disabled access, even though we didn’t request it. As a result, the interior layout was a bit different, and we had some difficulty getting used to the room. Alos, there was only one pillow provided (per person), and it was quite low and uncomfortable.

Very nice, cozy hotel in Hamburg, Germany. Have stayed here several times. Hotel is close to main metro station in Hamburg and is 8 minutes away by walking. Close to Hamburg Port and Miniatur Wonderland, and near a huge shopping area with restaurants, supermarket, and bars. Recommended!

Great rooms, has connected room options. Breakfast has everything you find, tasty and fresh. Clean & well designed rooms located 5 min walk to metro and 1 stop to Central station. You can walk Rathaus only in 15 minutes. supermarket is also close by the hotel.

The hotel is well situated for access to metro, central station and with a 20 minute walk you can access Hamburgs main attractions. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate for me, but could be seen as quite basic in terms of facilities, no kettle/tea/coffee, etc, compared to the room cost. The bed was comfortable and noise levels OK. Breakfast was good but busy. There is a handy outdoor seating area at the back of the hotel.
