Molto vicino alle magnifiche Torri Petronas. Personale cortese, disponibile e professionale, menzione speciale per la sig.na Dita alla reception, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Colazione ottima e varia. Stanze dignitose

Ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalle Torri Petronas quindi centralissimo. Stanze pulite e confortevoli. Buona la colazione. Piscina panoramica sl trentunesimo piano dalla quale però non si vedono le torri.

Camera funzionale con arredamento moderno e nuovo, tv a schermo piatto con solo canali locali, Wifi ottimo in tutta la struttura, frigobar con solo acqua fornita giornalmente, letto matrimoniale comodo e buona qualità del sonno. Bagno piccolino ma ben disposto con tutte le dotazioni necessarie. Colazione molto focalizzata sui gusti orientali con poca scelta di prodotti dolci, buona la caffetteria prodotta con macchine italiane. Scadente il servizio di toelettatura camera: per quattro giorni alle ore 16 la camera non è stata rifatta ed ogni volta bisogna chiamare l’addetto con evidente disguido.

Ottimo hotel nel centro di Kuala Lumpur a pochi passi dal KLCC e dalle PETRONAS Tower Hotel pulitissimo, con stanze ampie e funzionali staff cortese ottima spa e piscina all’ultimo piano. La colazione è abbondante anche se sempre la stessa.
