We had a very friendly greeting upon arrival and were informed of our accor plus benefits for our stay. The rooms were modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was the perfect hotel for us to re group after a big travel day. Nice and close to the airport, good laundry facility. There is an area to hire a car from directly in the lobby. Mono rail station stops right outside also.

I was not offer the welcome drinks when arrive the 1st stay by a gentleman with curly hair and wear glasses. Then I realise when I check in again after 2 days stay at the beach. Ms Sunagawa is so attentive and dedicated to her job , so offer us an upgrade for the rooms and recommend us the Type of welcome drinks to try. We hope as a member we wish to feel welcome and appreciated at least. Thank you.
