Regarding the decorative baguette in the Club Millesime, we have taken corrective measures by enlarging the font of the reminder card and placing it in a more visible location. The hotel’s Wi-Fi is available 24/7, accessible via SMS verification, WeChat QR code scanning, or room number login—both during your stay and after checkout. As for the reservation name discrepancy, this occurred due to a mismatch between the booking name and the passport used for check-in. We sincerely appreciate your constructive comments, as they guide our team’s continuous improvement.
