Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time for your comment. We are sorry that the service didn’t meet your expectations. We have 2 hotels in the same building. The first, the Ibis styles from the Accor group with breakfast included, located on the 4th and 5th floor of the building. These rooms have just been repainted in February and March. In view of your comment, we believe that you stayed in the Miradour hotel, which doesn’t belong to the ibis styles chain. We have plan to renovate the Miradour part soon. During your next stay, do not hesitate to come to the reception so that we can find a solution for a more pleasant stay. Our reception is open 24 hours a day, our team is there for that.
