Pleasantly surprised ! We arrived late and staff were very friendly.Got room without previous booking. Rooms are clean. Nice place to go for travellers. The breakfast could have been better for the price charged.

i'm from italy and i was travel to Russia for work, and no one in Hotel staff suggest to all customer to wear mask, if i got covid, and result positive how i can back to italy? woh will pay my extend stay for positive result there ?

Good place in the center, rooms opposite pomd and on high levels are preferable. Nearby there are a lot of choice of restaurants and cafes. Breakfast is currently being delivery as packed in the room. Convenient ground and underground paid parking. Good business hotel.

Very good hotel in terms of rooms quality and forniture. The reception staff is very kind and helpful. There is a huge variety of food for breakfast ranging from continental to traditional cuisine. The position is good as well.

Overall the hotel is great and deserves much higher grade from my side. The reason I am giving such a low one is the incident which happened on Friday. I tried 4 times to leave the message to AccorHotels management via the web-site but failed "due to technical problems with the feedback form". My e-mail sent yesterday was not yet addressed. On 28/06/2019 appr. at 00.10 the fire alarm in the hotel was initiated. We could return back to our rooms an hour later, at 01.15. During this hour the smell of burning electric wiring could be felt outside. Some observations I made during the incident. 1) Fire automation which could be observed by myself worked really well: clear and loud announcements, fire protection doors on the floor got closed preventing the airflow, elevators staying at first floor and not working, fume extraction system working well. 2) Still, there are come points for improvement, in particular: a. Guests who were gathering on the ground floor were not guided by staff: some people went outside, some stayed inside. b. There were no hotel representatives who would direct people to the gathering point: most guests just stayed close to the entrance from outside without any further instructions. c. Some guests were staying in the rooms despite the alarm (I could see them in windows watching the situation below). Still noone from hotel staff was checking that, no loudspeakers below or staff on the floors recommending to leave the hotel. d. Bar on the first floor continued working and served customers (!), staff did not seem bothered with continuing alarm message. e. Staff in the restaurant did not leave the building and continued activities on cleaning. This point together with p.d above provided guests a really bad example. f. Wicket gates in the basement courtyard were locked by padlocks which may create a dangerous situation with evacuation of people in case of a serious incident. g. No announcements from staff about the reasons of incident, no centralized announcements if guests can go back to their rooms once the alarm message was off. Overall, I would recommend that the training for personnel of the hotel needs to be conducted on the behaviour in emergency situations, they need to be additionally trained on evacuation of guests. Clearly this incident luckily proved to be not dangerous, but in case of a serious fire points described by me above may become really serious and lead to fatalities.
