However, we are sincerely sorry to read that the condition of your room did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness and the need for certain repairs. We are delighted that you appreciated the warm welcome from our team, the comfort and cleanliness of your room, as well as the quality of our breakfast. We are also pleased that our location, close to the city centre and the nearby shopping mall, contributed to making your stay enjoyable. We have taken note of your remark regarding the temperature in the room. Due to the very cold weather conditions during the past few days, including negative temperatures at night over the weekend, our system is still operating in heating mode and the air conditioning has not yet been activated. However, please do not hesitate to contact our reception team, available 24/7, who will always be happy to assist and help find the most comfortable solution during your stay. We also understand that the absence of a private parking facility can be inconvenient. Like many hotels located in the city centre, we rely on nearby public parking options, which can sometimes be less convenient depending on the time of day.
