Quartos limpos, cama confortável e toalhas em bom estado. Arrumadeiras precisam ser treinadas com urgência. Batem super cedo nós quartos par limpeza, depois para retirada de lixo. Ao arrumarem os quartos ficam conversando no corredor e com rádio ligado. Um desrespeito aos hóspedes que estão descansando. Minha experiência foi no final de semana do dia 25.01.25

Fiquei 5 noites no hotel Quando cheguei, a pia do banheiro estava suja. O ventilador do banheiro não estava funcionando. Todos dias que fiquei precisava reativar a chave de acesso ao quarto. O hotel estava cheio, porém quando, ia para o café da manhã a reposição estava precária, se já sabe que está com muitos hospedes, acredito que devem estar preparados , sim falei com na recepção sobre isso. Gostei muito da reforma que foi realizada, e agora quarto com frigobar

The best thing of this hotel are the people. All the employees are very kind. But the hotel is not very clean, we found some insects on the floor of our apartments.I found many strands of hair on the floor and bed sheets

basic but comfortable, nice reception, good breakfast, nothing to complain about. This hotel is a perfect choice for people who can't spent much money. We are athletes, we stayed one night and were very pleased with the receptionist's friendliness.

Rooms were clean, with standard bed, tv, room size, noise level. Surprising breakfast, with much more variety and quality than, for example, Ibis Budget Copacabana. The bath area could be cleaner, but it was acceptable.
