Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti, possiamo dire che in una ipotetica classifica degli IBIS Styles che abbiamo frequentato è in una posizione molto bassa se non l'ultima. La stanza, pur di buone dimensioni, era arredata senza logica con il letto in prossimità della porta di ingresso e quasi due metri di spazio sull'altro lato tra lo stesso letto e la porta del bagno; quest'ultima era probabilmente eredità della precedente gestione, con le cerniere arrugginite che ne rendevano difficile la movimentazione; ruggine anche sul termosifone del bagno, pure sporco. La sala della colazione era decisamente fredda.

La struttura si trova in una via secondaria di Lucerna, ma è vicinissima al centro storico, alla fermata dell’autobus e al porticciolo. É facile da raggiungere e nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono due autosilos oppure posti auto pubblici che possono essere pagati direttamente in struttura. Personale super disponibile, camera pulita, colazione buona e abbondante.

Da anni cliente della catena Ibis, questo hotel rispecchia tutte le caratteristiche: buona accoglienza, camera pulita, spaziosa ma essenziale (niente armadio). Ottima colazione. Unico difetto: la moquette negli spazi comuni piuttosto vecchia e macchiata, non dà una buona impressione anche se in realtà l’hotel è pulito e ordinato.
