I was greated by very friendly and welcoming staff which is exactly what the room and my entire stay was...friendly and welcoming. The room is very well appointed and very clean with a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

I stayed at Mantra Gladstone for 2 days at either end of a week to Heron Island. The hotel is located within the city area and is adjacent to a sports club with bar and restaurant facilities. The hotel is modern and well appointed. The rooms are spacious and well laid out with great bathroom facilities. The adjacent restaurant has breakfast and dinner buffets which were both excellent.

Got room upgrade. Place is value for money. Loved complimentary snacks. Buffet breakfast was alright, preferred to have had more variety. Dinner buffet however was excellent! Had to try the Add on steak and we didnt regret it. Wished we tried the salmon add on, but we were too full already.

Had a 3 night stay at Mantra Gladstone for a rugby league carnival. Was super impressed. Would happily stay again and will recommend to others. Room was great size and "roomy" for my family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for luggage and people. Everything was beautifully presented and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet.

The Mantra was very welcoming with clean functional rooms and a pleasant dining and lounge experience. The staff at the front desk were terrific and which out of their way to assist with every request. The new cafe is well positioned with a good menu and will evolve positively once staff gain experience.
