Thank you Lisa A for providing us with feedback from your stay earlier this month It was great to hear that you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of the of the restaurant as well as the pool area. Depending on the time of the day and day of the week the pool can have no one in it or a number of families utilising the pool. It's a difficult situation we found ourselves in as we wanted to add a pool but also needed to keep it only accessable for hotel guests' only. The setting with the SKYBAR and large TV does make it a sought after spot to watch the footy and enjoy a cold drink after a long day. Good morning robf12017 I am sorry to hear that the changes to the property are not to your satisfaction. As a very regular guest there are components that have changed recently including the ability to park undercover in a secure car park. This does come at a fee now for Mantra guests, where Peppers guests' gain this as part of their package, but understand that it is shock to the system when advised of a charge for the first time. Bookings for the restaurant have always been required and even more so now that we have an additional 32 rooms to cater for within the two outlets. The price for dinner has increased for the first time in a number of years, but now has the live cooking station both of a morning for omelettes as well as dinner cooking noodles/pasta depending on the evening. The attitude provided by the staff is far from acceptable and will be discussed. Happy to discuss further your stay if you wish.
