Not crowdy and not noisy. People don't have to fight to seat on the beach - very wide.

Very peacefull hotel, without small children, at bar and restaurant a lot of places. The same on the beach and near pools. Room are clean and modern. Very friendly people - workers. Specially Mariam and Amody. Room number 22108. I spent here three weeks in April and now three weeks in October. I hope that in few monthes I'll be back here

We stayed at Novotel Marsa Allam from September for four nts. Excellent Welcome upon the arrival from the hotel Management (Mr. Sharkawy& Mrs.Mariam)&front stuff The staff very friendly and they respond to any requests positively. We enjoyed the variety of the food and of course my kids enjoyed the hotel facilities very much Thank you to the hotel management for making our vacation remarkable.

At first, this was my third time at the hotel and the last time the staff were very road and taffy and it is rare for one of them to smile in the face of any guest at the hotel and they deal with the utmost rudeness. I had a friend from Romania with me and she was going to be in Egypt for a week. She cut her visit short and said she would leave for Dubai and said she hated Egypt because of the hotel, the workers and the hotel food. We were in the swimming pool and it was time for lunch. She did not know that one of the hotel rules was that you are not allowed to enter the restaurant in a swimsuit. The restaurant worker told her in a very rude way while grimacing and pointing to the exit door and saying to her: “Go outside. There is no problem with respecting the rules, but he has to say this politely and smiling.” Another situation happened to us. The pool bar worker asked me: “Where are you from in Egypt?” I told him: “From Cairo.” He said: “I will treat you like the people of Cairo.” I told him: “What is the treatment of the people of Cairo?” He said: “I will treat you in a bad way because the people of Cairo are not unique.” His name is Mahmoud. Another incident also happened to us when we went down to the sea and left our things. When we got out of the water, my friend’s mobile phone was lost. Also, the animation team is new and they have no experience. Honestly, they don't understand anything. There is only one professional and very good person named Bob. The food is not good. The fish is not clean and has blood. Also, the chicken. I used to love this place very much, but now I hate it very much.
