Don't be so stupid and naive and don't be fooled like I was... Shagzy is a liar, he convinced me to buy a package of 3 foot massages by saying that he would also give me the best hand and neck massage I have ever had in my life. I made an appointment with him for this massage three times and it never happened. When it comes to sanitary conditions in this place, they are far from those in Europe, so be careful.

Muhammad Youssef is a great guy :) He made our breakfasts, lunches, and dinners really fun! Love forever! Rooms were clean and cozy, the food was great, and the reef was beautiful. Muhammad Youssef in the restaraunt made our vacation fun and enjoyable! Best wishes! Sea world diving club is great! Highly recommend! Thanks to Moni and Mahmoud fish! Mohammed Yusef an Saad were great waiters. And the Chefs are great. Everything was excellent. We Loved it so much! Mariam makram is a great guest relation worker. If you have any questions she will Help you surely. She has such an inviting Smile every day. I can only reward this Hotel for everyone WHO wants to have an unforgettable experience in Service. The only thing that is a little bit annoying are the people WHO wants to sell you anything in very aggressive Fashion. The only two of them who are Kind and polite are the Quad Safari and doctor fish. I can only say that the Quad driving through the desert was an exceptional experience! Our Guide Mahmud was such a nice and lovely Guy. I will Miss the people Here and i'm looking forward coming Back to this wonderful place!

Not for swimming lovers

Location: Hotel is placed on the nice beach, but you can go to the sea only on 3 places - there are marked 2 "lagoons" by buoys and they are really small (the bigger one approx 4x4 m) therefore swimming is out of question. Also high of the water in these "lagoons" are max 1 m (in case of low tide it is even less). Third option is pier, but during our stay it was open only 2x (7 days stay) due to wind. Pools: nice pools but very cold water Accomodation: nice hotel and nice room. There is A/C in the room but it is so loudy that you can´t have it on while sleeping Food: very good food, a lot of options to choos from. Only if you are coffe lover bring your own coffe - I was quite suprised that you can´t even buy a good coffe - there is no good coffe machine anywhere in this hotel. Staff: very friendly and helpful people Overall: It is nice hotel with nice staff but due to the fact that we were not able to swim in the sea most of the time we will not return to this hotel. I´m going to the seaside to be able to swim in the sea and not only look at it or stand in it.
