We have enjoyed our holiday in Novotel marsa alam, start from the beginning until the end of the holiday. We would like to thank ms/ mariam of the guest relations , she was flexible and she was handing and controlling everything. Otherwise chief abou alyazeed You feeling better always if he was there. He always getting feedback and he always asking if even we have special requests he can help anytime. Also he have a great team under his management they are working hard to make the guests satisfied, Specially the two chiefs on the morning shift of egg and pancakes stations i know that they are working all the night though they are always smiling and they makes jokes too. Also the chief on the grill outside was great too. They makes great variety of all sections hot food, salad and dessert section. Also we would like to thank the front office team dishnawy, khamis, Mustafa of Pillman. -the house keeping was great too the house keeper of our room, he was always care also public team of house keeping too, they always care of all the house. We would like to thank all the team was working in the back of the house because i know they are handling to much to make the front of the house to be always great (maintenance - laundry -kitchen - food and beverage back area and the farmers too) It was really great holiday ❤️

A very quiet and relaxing resort

A very quiet resort, with friendly staff with few exceptions (they try to ask you for more money for other rooms or for drinks from the minibar when you didn't have anything in the minibar) I recommend the rooms overlooking the garden. The area is quiet and the fact that you can leave the room directly on the lawn is a big plus. The food is good, but the attention to detail is lacking. You always found 3-4 empty trays. Drinks are at the lower limit. The beer is always warm and the boy at the bar on the beach is not polite. On the other hand, the people at the pool bar are kind. The reef is beautiful, but if there are waves you cannot enter the water. In these situations, it is best to go about 7-800m to the right. There is a place where you can snorkel and the corals are beautiful. I recommend buying mangoes (in season) from the stall on the beach, which is a few hundred meters from the Utopia Resort. Mohamad will bring you the order.

Very nice hotel. Food is tasty, and selection is more than enough for every one to choose from. Many activities possible, ping-pong, gym etc. and each day you can participate in interesting animations. Big thanks to housekeeping, especially Moustafa Mahmoud for beautiful decorations

We stayed at the hotel for a week, the hotel is sold as a high-service hotel. Upon arrival, we were immediately directed to have lunch, after which we were immediately given rooms. At the reception, they offered rooms with a view of the pool for an additional fee, after refusing, we got rooms with a view of the garden, as we ordered. Since there were four of us, we got rooms next to each other, with the possibility of entering each other's rooms :) The rooms are large, clean, everything worked, they made all kinds of figures out of towels. There is animation, they tried, there were discos in the evenings. The reef is beautiful, the only downside is that it was windy all week except for one day. However, we saw turtles, stingrays and many other beauties :) Lifeguard on the beach, polite, takes care of the bathers, helps to get out of the sea. Food.... Well, I don't know, it was quite tasty, but the choice is really small, at lunch, one kind of meat, one kind of soup, really, not like in a high-class hotel :) At dinner, a little more, but not a particularly big choice :) There is where to try, due to the lack of food, queues often formed. From 13:00 to 15:00 they serve ice cream by the pool. The only snacks I saw were muffins and spring rolls.

Not crowdy and not noisy. People don't have to fight to seat on the beach - very wide.

Very peacefull hotel, without small children, at bar and restaurant a lot of places. The same on the beach and near pools. Room are clean and modern. Very friendly people - workers. Specially Mariam and Amody. Room number 22108. I spent here three weeks in April and now three weeks in October. I hope that in few monthes I'll be back here
