Quite a comfortable though short stay

Visited mercure west roma for a short duration that is just one night. Reception area is quite huge with lot odf space around and coffee shops. Rooms are quite scattered that is on first floor and to walk for quite some time. Same with breakfast restaurant. We had to walk to third restaurant to eat. Room is quite big with all needed facilities. Staff is quite helpful. Overall a pleasent experience for one night wishes had a longer stay

A kettle in room - blessed

It’s comfortable and they have kettle. One of the 5 hotels that have kettle. It’s a good place. Check in was smooth because our tour leader already prepared everything properly. There is also nothing within our vicinity. Again triple room and we only got two bottles of water. Clean and comfortable Room is without aircond. Expected it in all countries that have winter. So don’t come during summer.

Disaster and they really didn't care

What a disaster. We were a 33 person group ... yes... 33 paying customers. When arrived at buffet breakfast with one other large group already being present we forcefully told ...not to sit in the hotel guest area where individuals were having breakfast... not even to use the coffee machine or water from that area. Imagine 60 customers herded into one small space. The front desk ...on Thursday october 24 said .." sorry " and did NOTHING. We often bring groups of 30, 35, 40 persons but NEVER will again . Rome has alot of other choices who CARE ABOUT their customers. Less than one star.

For us this service is unacceptable and for this I ask you to give us another opportunity, because I assure you that all our services are highly appreciated by our guests. Very good airport stay

We booked for one night as we had an early flight via Fiumicino airport next day. Easy check in - was given room upgrade, free welcome drinks and complimentary breakfast due to Accor platinum (thank you Alexandra). Suite was good size with 2 toilets which was good for 2 adults and 2 kids. Free parking in the garage and next day 17 mins to Fiumicino airport. Recommended for an airport stay.

Located at a calm neighbourhood. Stayed for a night during Europe tour. Our allotted rooms were reasonably spacious & clean and equipped with necessary amenities. Washroom was well maintained too. The buffet breakfast had good options. Overall, relaxing stay.
