숙소 부대서비스 이용에대한 안내가 전혀 없었습니다. 소통이 잘 안됩니다. 조식포함 된 룸을 예약했는데 1인만 조식이 된다하고 셔틀도 없다하고 룸 업그레이드 해줬다했는데 그냥 예약한 방이랑 똑같았음. 사우나, 수영장 안내 전혀 없었음. 복도소리 잘 들림. 웰컴 드링킹으로는 콜라 캔 받음. 돈 값 전혀 못하는 서비스.
